Our family tree tracing services

We offer a range of services to suit your genealogy needs, from hourly research to comprehensive block bookings. Each service is tailored to provide a unique journey into your past.

Basic hourly rate $75 AUD per hour
Block booking (10 hours) 1 hour free (total 11 hours for the price of 10)

How we work out the cost

Before any work commences, we agree on a rough estimate with our clients. To provide a fixed quote, we will need to conduct some pre-analysis. We encourage clients to provide as much information as possible, preferably tracing back to their grandparents, to assist with this process.

It's important to note that there are limitations with records supporting some countries and first nations peoples. All these aspects will be discussed thoroughly with the client before entering into any agreement.

What you receive

Clients can decide on their preferred output: a detailed report or a standardised digital file.
For consultancy and any ongoing support, charges would be $75 AUD per hour, with a minimum engagement of 30  minutes ($37.50 AUD) in increments of 30 minutes.
